Payment Information: Payment card details processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full card number on our servers.

Technical Data: IP address, browser type, and website usage data collected through cookies and analytics tools including Google Analytics.

Communications: Emails and support tickets you send us.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide, configure, and maintain your phone system
  • Process payments and manage your subscription
  • Send service-related communications including setup instructions, invoices, and support responses
  • Send occasional product updates and announcements (you can opt out at any time)

  • Comply with legal obligations

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with trusted third-party service providers necessary to operate our service:

  • Stripe — payment processing
  • VoIP.ms / BulkVS — phone number provisioning and call routing
  • DigitalOcean — cloud hosting infrastructure
  • Zoho — CRM, email, and support ticketing
  • Google Analytics — website analytics

All third-party providers are contractually required to protect your data and may only use it to provide services to us.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. After cancellation we retain data for up to 90 days before deletion, except where we are required by law to retain it longer. Call logs and voicemail records are retained for 30 days by default.

5. Cookies

Our website uses cookies to improve your experience and collect analytics data. You can control cookie settings through your browser. Disabling cookies may affect some website functionality. We use Google Analytics which sets cookies to track website usage, you can opt out at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

6. Your Rights (PIPEDA & CASL)

Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) you have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your personal information (subject to legal retention requirements)
  • Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time
  • File a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada

7. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information including SSL encryption, secure payment processing through Stripe, and restricted access to customer data. However no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

Our service is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information please contact us immediately.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of our service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
